A Bunch of OCs

Killing boredom, avoiding work ^^

And because I'm me, I will now write a short description to go which each head Call it a 'reference sheet' or something, these are anyway the guys I draw most, I think, together with some guys I almost never draw XD

NOTE: I don't expect anyone to read all of this! X) I write a lot.

Len
is Cim's cousin on the father's side. A poet and writer, who is generally nice. He's the quiet kind of guy, sympathetic to no end and a good listener, but his experiences at the front made him lose some kind of hope (which ironically made his poems better. Oh life.)

Irica
Is Cim's wife, and my oldest OC. She grew up in a poor family her father was an alcoholic. From very early on she had to take a lot of responsibility and noticed that crying and whining won't help. The working morale got stuck to her, she's confident, knows what she's doing and what she want's, and there is no power on Earth that can change her mind if she's settled on something. She's the mother of five kids (one bastard and four with Cim).

Yazil
Is the head of the Chaisané army. His name means "stone", which is kind of what he's made of. He was born the son of a shoe maker, but knew what he wanted and spent his life getting it - power. And he got it, though not for free, but to the price of decades of pain, suffering, hard work, murder and plain stubborness.

Wade
has two very strong variations of him, one contemporary (blue hair) and one 'fantasy'-version (dark brown hair). In any case he's born wealthy, he's smart, he's strong, he takes good care of himself and he's über-social and very nice. He's also a doctor and a very nice one at that. His contemporary alter ego has a much darker side as well, the head of a criminal organisation that specializes in drug dealing and smuggling weapons and such.

Sev
is a Kentar, the lover of Antonio and the husband of Darescha and father of Daschenkha. His tribe was killed off when he was very young, and he grew up as a slave in coal mines, from where he was sold to the army and separated from what was left of his family. After some time in the regular army he joined the Black Guard where he spent his time until he was about 30-ish, after which he was forced to leave the country. He spent a few decades drinking, fighting, taking crappy jobs and getting sacked.

Maraya
is a Kentar, who fell in love with the kicked-out Chaisané prince Anichino whom he found wanering about lost in the mountins and took as a pet. He had no plans of falling in love with the young boy, but did so anyway, and returned with him to the Chaisané, even though it meant that Maraya had to give up his freedom to be with Anichi. And they lived happily ever after ^^

Darescha
is Sev's 'woman', as he likes to say (though with huge respect), and a Kentar as well, who had had to leave the mountains to find a job in the city. She found work in a factory, one in which Sev worked as well, and they visited the same bars and stuff. They never actually married, but had one daughter together (Dashenkha). Darescha died in childbirth.

Antonio
is my first gay character. He was abused by his father, which naturally left huge scars in his poor soul. He's quiet, very religious, scared of himself and his pleasures and his head is a mess that he has no idea what to do with. He's very social, knows 'everyone' but lets almost no one really close.

Cim
is Irica's husband and father of four kids. He is one of my oldest OCs and probably the one that has most of myself in him. Cranky, shy, a little rude, socially kinda clumsy, but when you get to know him he can be really nice as well. Smokes like a chimeny. The war did bad things to his head, and his already short fuse became even shorter and he has a tendency to take his fears and frustration out in violence when he finds no words for them. He's career military, spends a lot of time away from home.

Nic
refuses to decide whether s/he is a man or a woman, mostly because s/he doesn't really care. Most of the time he's a he, but you can't always tell. Nic grew up on the streets, supporting himself by dancing and pleasing for money until the war started. He thought joining the army was a great idea, which it wasn't, and soon enough he was back on the streets again.

Cevin
used to be Cim's older brother, but since his creation his sex has changed and he is now Cim's older sister. Shit happens. The character is still the same though. She was kidnapped from home as very young, sold off as a slave, escaped to live on the streets and became an expert on using all kinds of blades. She killed soundlessly and quickly and was a wanted assassin who worked for one of the criminal gangs. That, until she married a Chaisané prince and became a mother, still with a will and determination made of ice and iron. Excpect no sympathy or mercy from this guy.

Dashenkha
is Sev's daughter, Darescha is her mother. She grew up protected by a gang of female criminals since Sev had no chance in hell to take care of her. He worked his ass off to support her and sent her money from far away railway projects, but they only met a couple of times a year. They still love each other, though, very very much.
